Fatah Threatens on its Facebook Page to Bomb Tel Aviv

Itamar Marcus and Nan Jacques Zilberdik, Palestinian Media Watch

On Jan. 21, the Fatah movement, headed by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, posted a video on its official Facebook page in which its military wing, the Al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades, threatens to turn Tel Aviv into a "ball of fire." The threats are made by a masked man in uniform standing in front of a group of other masked men, all of whom are holding weapons. The eight-minute video shows masked men in military training, arsenals of weapons, missiles being launched, as well as footage of Israelis running for shelter during missile attacks. Read More

In a development that might shock many, Al-Jazeera has openly admitted that the Israeli army is far more humane than any Arab armed force, and far less cruel than it is typically portrayed by supposedly objective Western media.

Last week, the host of an Al-Jazeera (Arabic) news program publicly questioned why the Syrian army and its Hezbollah allies "don’t they learn from the Israeli army which tries, through great efforts, to avoid shelling areas populated by civilians in Lebanon and Palestine?"

The story was originally uncovered by Middle East analyst and investigative journalist Tom Gross, who has a copy of the Al-Jazeera broadcast over on his website.

Well over 100,000 people have been killed in Syria's ongoing civil war, a great many of them the victims of indiscriminate shelling and outright abuse of the civilian population.

As evidence that the Israeli army does not engage in indiscriminate shelling, the host noted that Hezbollah fighters regularly "take shelter in areas populated by civilians because it knows that the Israeli air force doesn’t bomb those areas..."

The Al-Jazeera host even praised Israel's use of water canons and rubber bullets to break up Palestinian demonstrations, rather than the "rockets or explosive barrels" employed by the Syrian army.

Propagandists often claim that Israel indiscriminately attacks Palestinian-populated areas, and that it is a heartless and cruel occupier. More often than not, such claims make headlines around the world.

But, the Al-Jazeera broadcast begs the question: If even the flagship of Arab media can look past the false accusations and acknowledge the truth about Israel's intentions and methods, why can the mainstream Western media not do the same?

Op-Ed: Anything Goes: A Muslim Penchant for Rewriting History

Published: Tuesday, January 21, 2014 10:09 PM

UNESCO has joined up with Palestinian Arab biblical alterations.

Dr. Avi Perry

Dr. Avi Perry, talk show host at Paltalk News Network (PNN), is the author of "Fundamentals of Voice Quality Engineering in Wireless Networks," and more recently, "72 Virgins," a thriller about the covert war on Islamic terror. He was a VP at NMS Communications, a Bell Laboratories - distinguished staff member and manager, as well as a delegate of the US and Lucent Technologies to the ITU—the UN International Standards body in Geneva, a professor at Northwestern University and Intelligence expert for the Israeli Government. He may be reached through his web site www.aviperry.org

Israeli Arabs are among those whose creativity pertaining to historical misrepresentations does not fall behind their brothers in Judea, Samaria and Gaza.

Unesco’s recent cancellation of a Jewish exhibit entitled "People, Book, Land - The 3,500 Year Relationship of the Jewish People and the Land of Israel", following Arab pressure, is the latest confirmation that the road to peace between Palestinian Arabs and Israeli Jews is filled with land mines, some of which are so deep, it may take more than a generation to scoop them out - if at all.

The core of the conflict is Muslims’ persistent efforts to delegitimize the Jewish State by denying Jewish historical existence in Israel, including Judea and Samaria, by rejecting well established facts, and by fighting any archeological attempt to unearth historical evidence linking Jewish life to the holy land.

Palestinian refusal to recognize Israel as a Jewish State is merely a derivative of their fabricated history, designed to establish their rights to the land while denying Israel’s right to exist at the same time.

Muslims propensity to rewrite history began with the prophet Muhammad. The Quran makes the claim that the biblical Abraham, the first patriarch ancestor of the Jewish people and the originator of the Jewish religion, was a Muslim, irrespective of the fact that he lived some 2600 years before Muhammad conceived of the Islamic religion.

The biblical account of how God tested Abraham, commanding him to have his and his wife Sara’s only son, Isaac, sacrificed, before stopping him at the most critical moment, was revised in the Quran. This time, Abraham was about to sacrifice Ismail, the alleged ancestor of all Arabs, his son from Hajar, Sara’s servant, who was never mentioned by name in the Quran, leading the reader to infer that the nameless mother was Abraham’s wife.

The Muslim holiday, Eid al-Adha, commemorates this altered biblical tale. What’s more, The Muslim version of the story, once again, alters the biblical account to correspond to an Islamic agenda. It claims that Ismail and his mother were able to quench their thirst at the well of Zamzam, near Mecca (rather than near Beer Sheba), nearly 1000 miles of desert away from their starting point at Beer Sheba (a town in Israel).

Muslims and PA leaders over and again label Moses and Jesus as Palestinian Muslims who practiced and preached Islam some 2000 and 600 years, respectively, before Islam came into being.

Altered biblical accounts conceived to fit an Islamic framework are not a major cause of concern because most non-Muslims are either unaware of them, refrain from challenging religious texts, or ignore and dismiss them due to their absurdity. Still, these Islamic falsehoods offer key characterizations of a culture filled with made-up historical fabrications intended to serve the purpose of the story-tellers.

And nevertheless, Muslim believers and their children are brain-washed to deny any Jewish roots to “the land of the biblical Muslim ancestors”.

This denial of truth, this revision of history, is meant to take a more believable direction when Palestinian Arabs claim (over and over on PA TV) to be descendants of the Biblical Canaanites, notwithstanding the fact that Arabs first arrived in Israel with the Muslim invasion in 637 C.E. and the Canaanites had long dispersed and disappeared by then. The “Canaanite- Palestinians,” they claim, “have been in Palestine for the past 10,000 years.”

And in the same breath, they add, “Jews have no historical rights in the region,” and in schoolbooks: “Zionism is an imperialist colonial implant conspired by the Europeans to get rid of their Jews and steal the “natural resources” of the Middle East.”

Israeli Arabs are among those whose creativity pertaining to historical misrepresentations does not fall behind their brothers in Judea, Samaria and Gaza. In his latest statement, Arab Israeli MK, Ibrahim Sarsour (Ra’am Ta’al), has claimed that there was proof in the Quran that there is no Jewish connection to Judea, Samaria and Temple Mount.

He added that the Quran “proves without a doubt” that Abraham was a “Muslim” and that Isaac and Jacob were “hanifs” (the Islamic term for pre-Quranic figures who “submitted” to Allah.)

PM Benjamin Netanyahu conditioned peace with the Palestinian Arabs on their recognition of Israel as a Jewish State. But this condition may only be satisfied once the Arabs accept real history as the truth rather than their falsified Islamic adaptation.

I find it difficult to believe that Muslim Palestinian Arabs will reject their invented culture and history. I find it difficult to believe that Muslims can accept the fact that Israel was a Jewish state with a rich Jewish history and culture even before the Islamic invasion of the Promised Land. I find it difficult to believe that the Palestinian Arabs will acknowledge the fact that Israel is a Jewish state, and will always be a Jewish state.

If the Arab states find an exhibition, entitled "People, Book, Land - The 3,500 Year Relationship of the Jewish People and the Land of Israel" deeply disturbing, they are telling the world that in their view: “Jews do not belong in Palestine; they never did, and they never will.”

Official Complaint Filed Over MK Tibi's Heckling of Canadian

ViestiKirjoittaja Annukka » 23.01.2014 19:16

5. Official Complaint Filed Over MK Tibi's Heckling of Canadian PM

by David Lev and Ari Soffer Complaint Filed Over MK's Heckling of Canadian PM

Controversial Arab MK Ahmed Tibi misuses his position to work against the interests of the State of Israel, MK Moshe Feiglin told the Knesset Ethics Committee Thursday, as he filed a complaint against Tibi for his behavior last Monday, when he heckled visiting Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper.

During Harper's speech, Tibi shouted down the Canadian Prime Minister as he expressed his affection for Israel and the Jewish people, declaring that Israel was an "apartheid state." He then walked out of the plenum. That outburst was preceded by another one in which Tibi shouted down Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, who was addressing Harper.

Yesterday, the maverick Likud MK was ejected from the Knesset by Tibi, who was acting as Knesset speaker, after Feiglin accused him of "lying" and bringing dishonor to the Knesset. The irony of that episode - an Arab MK acting as Knesset Speaker and exercising his authority to eject a Jewish MK from the plenum - in light of his own accusations of "apartheid" by the Jewish state, was apparently lost on Tibi.

The '"lies" Feiglin referred were comments made by Tibi as he interrupted Prime Minister Netanyahu during the Canadian Prime Minister's Knesset visit. In an attempt to force home his point that Israel practices "apartheid", Tibi pointed to fellow Arab MK Taleb Abu Arar and told Harper that "there is no water or electricity in his village."

The Regavim movement, an NGO watchdog group for Jewish national property rights, later exposed Tibi’s lie when it uploaded video images of Abu Arar’s village and showed his home - which includes an air-conditioning unit, satellite TV dish, electric lines and an electric meter.

In his complaint, Feiglin said that Tibi had gone too far this time, using the visit of an international dignitary of the status of Harper to denigrate Israel.

"We cannot forget that for years Tibi was for years the personal advisor of arch-terrorist Yasser Arafat, the greatest murderer of Jews for the last 50 years,"Feiglin said. "We also all remember former MK Azmi Bishara, who worked with Israel's Hezbollah enemies to compromise the security of Israelis," with Tibi defending Bishara at every turn.

Tibi's outburst in the presence of Harper, when international media was covering the event, "was a missile aimed at delegitimizing Israel on the world stage," Feiglin said.

"I ask you, as those responsible for the ethical behavior of MKs, to make it clear that there are limits to the cynical use of this country's democratic institutions, especially of the Knesset, by the enemies of Israel," Feiglin added.

Scarlett Johansson & Soda Stream – Peace vs. Apartheid?

ViestiKirjoittaja Annukka » 27.01.2014 19:06

Scarlett Johansson & Soda Stream – Peace vs. Apartheid?
The hypocrisy of the BDS is now fully exposed.

It has long been suspected that the BDS movement (Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions) – which charges Israel with practicing Apartheid against the Palestinians – is less “pro-Palestinian” and more an expression of blind anti-Israel hatred.

In the latest campaign – directed against SodaStream, the Israeli maker of home soda machines – BDS activists are staging protests at stores that sell SodaStream and urging investors to sell their shares.

More specifically, BDS is pressuring actress Scarlett Johansson to end her endorsement as SodaStream's global spokesperson – a deal that culminates next week in a high-profile Super Bowl ad.

The alleged BDS objection: A SodaStream factory in the West Bank town of Ma’aleh Adumim, which – as reported in Al Arabiya – gainfully employs 900 Palestinians who work side-by-side with Israelis, share a dining hall, and earn wages and benefits equal to what the Israelis are receiving.

This sounds less like “apartheid” and more like an excellent way to build bridges of peace. Yet BDS is not deterred by these pesky facts.

By What Justification?

The BDS pressure against SodaStream raises a larger question: Who will be hurt most by this campaign? If the Ma'aleh Adumim plant closes, the Israeli owners can easily switch production to one of the company's other 20 plants.

The ones to be hurt most are the Palestinian workers who will lose their jobs.

We ask: By what self-righteous justification do BDS activists threaten the livelihood of 900 Palestinian families – working at SodaStream of their own free will and earning four times the wage they could get from a comparable Palestinian employer?

The BDS activists claim to be pro-Palestinian. But this entire movement has the stench of blind hatred of Israel.

Further, if anyone wants to talk “apartheid,” why don’t we start by asking how many Israelis are employed at Palestinian factories? Next to none. Or better yet – how many Israelis can even enter into Palestinian towns without the real possibility of being murdered?

Scarlett Johansson – despite the intimidation of BDS advocates and their characterization of SodaStream's carbonation as "blood bubbles" – has courageously refused to back down. Though the controversy could negatively impact her public image, she has taken a principled stand. We hope more voices of truth will follow her footsteps.

Scarlett Johansson’s Statement

While I never intended on being the face of any social or political movement, distinction, separation or stance as part of my affiliation with SodaStream, given the amount of noise surrounding that decision, I'd like to clear the air.

I remain a supporter of economic cooperation and social interaction between a democratic Israel and Palestine. SodaStream is a company that is not only committed to the environment but to building a bridge to peace between Israel and Palestine, supporting neighbors working alongside each other, receiving equal pay, equal benefits and equal rights.

That is what is happening in their Ma'ale Adumim factory every working day. As part of my efforts as an Ambassador for Oxfam [the international human rights group outspoken in support of Palestinians], I have witnessed first-hand that progress is made when communities join together and work alongside one another and feel proud of the outcome of that work in the quality of their product and work environment, in the pay they bring home to their families and in the benefits they equally receive.

I believe in conscious consumerism and transparency and I trust that the consumer will make their own educated choice that is right for them. I stand behind the SodaStream product and am proud of the work that I have accomplished at Oxfam as an Ambassador for over 8 years. Even though it is a side effect of representing SodaStream, I am happy that light is being shed on this issue in hopes that a greater number of voices will contribute to the conversation of a peaceful two state solution in the near future.

Palestinian hypocrisy

ViestiKirjoittaja Annukka » 27.01.2014 19:23

Arab MK Warns: 'Palestine' Jews 'Won't be Loyal Citizens'

by Gil Ronen Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's bluff regarding the idea of leaving the Jews of Judea and Samaria inside a future state of “Palestine” – assuming it was a bluff, as sources in Netanyahu's bureau claim – appears to be working brilliantly in exposing Palestinian hypocrisy.

According to Dani Dayan, the chief foreign envoy for the Yesha Council – a Judea and Samaria leadership forum – MK Jamal Zahalka (Balad) spoke on Haifa Radio Monday morning and rejected Netanyahu's suggested solution – explaining that Jewish setlers who live inside “Palestine” will not be loyal citizens in the new Arab state.

Dayan calls Zahalka's statement “the definition of hypocrisy.”

Dayan did not spell out the reason for this statement, because Israeli citizens are already well acquainted with the antics of Zahalka and his fellow Arab Members of Knesset, and realize that they are the last ones who can speak honestly about loyalty to their state.

Here are some of Zahalka's accomplishments as a member of Israel's Knesset:

Immediately after former prime minister Ariel Sharon died, Zahalka said that he should be put on trial posthumously for war crimes, in order “to make an example out of him.”

In November, MK Zevulun Kalfa (Jewish Home) filed a complaint with the Knesset’s Ethics Committee against Zahalka after Zahalka allegedly physically and verbally attacked him during a stormy debate at the Knesset’s Internal Affairs Committee. The debate degenerated into a shouting match as Arab Knesset Members used threatening words and aggressive body language to disrupt the meeting. Zahalka called Kalfa a “fascist, racist, settler, occupier” and then reportedly proceeded to try and physically push him out of the room. Knesset ushers prevented him from doing so.

Last August, Zahalka was involved in a heated exchange between Jewish and Arab MKs in the plenum, regarding the idea of a national referendum on possible concessions to the PA. When MK Moti Yogev (Jewish Home) shouted at Zahalka that “the Land of Israel belongs to the nation of Israel,” Zahalka replied: "We were here before you. I was here before you. And we will be here after you! So stop dreaming.”

Hearing this, Prime Minister Netanyahu went up to the podium and replied: “You said, 'We were here before you... and we will be here after you.' The first part is not true. And the second part will not happen.” With that, Netanyahu strode off from the podium, leaving the Knesset speaker to restrain MKs from the applause that they spontaneously engaged in.

On other occasions, Zahalka said Jews were enemies of peace, refused to condemn a terrorist's stabbing of a father of five, denounced Israeli “apartheid” during a visit abroad, counseled PA politicians on ways of “taking advantage” of Israel, and traveled to India in an effort to undermine Israel's ties with that country – all within the space of less than four years.

While most nationalist reactions to Netanyahu's idea were intensely hostile, veteran activist and resident of Samaria (Shomron) David Ha'ivri thought Netanyahu was indeed bluffing.

"I don't like his policies," wrote Ha'ivri on Facebook, "but, I must admit that Bibi Netanyahu is a brilliant politician, he calls everyone's bluff and walks on leaving them gasping for air."

Shedding Light on a Vast Toll of Jews Killed Away From the Death Camps

By ALISON SMALEJAN. 27, 2014

OSWIECIM, Poland — As one gazes out from the main watchtower at the grim desert that is the crumbling chimneys and crematories, vanished prisoners’ huts, barbed wire and ditches of Birkenau, it is hard to fathom that there were corners of the Nazi realm where, collectively, more killing occurred than in the death camps.

Monday, the 69th anniversary of the day Soviet forces liberated Auschwitz, was observed as International Holocaust Remembrance Day. Yet a third or more of the almost six million Jews killed in the Holocaust perished not in the industrial-scale murder of the camps, but in executions at what historians call killing sites: thousands of villages, quarries, forests, wells, streets and homes that dot the map of Eastern Europe.

The vast numbers killed in what some have termed a “Holocaust by bullets” have slowly garnered greater attention in recent years as historians sift through often sketchy and incomplete records that became available after the collapse of the Soviet Union.

“People sat down and added the numbers up,” said David Silberklang, a senior historian at the International Institute for Holocaust Research at Yad Vashem, Israel’s official Holocaust memorial.

As the number of Holocaust survivors gradually declines, these documents or witness accounts — from Belarus, Ukraine, parts of Russia and the Baltic States — have illuminated a new picture of the Nazis’ methods.

Most of this slaughter occurred in Eastern Europe after the Nazis invaded the Soviet Union in June 1941, and it mixed with the increasing chaos of the war once the Germans failed to realize their ambition of subduing the Soviets in just eight to 12 weeks and faced the prospect of defeat.

“The further east the Wehrmacht went, the greater the killing,” Dieter Pohl, a professor of history at Klagenfurt University in Austria, said at a conference on the subject this month in Krakow, Poland. The executions and unmarked mass graves became “an element of German rule in Eastern Europe.”

In the years after 1945, the executions were not discussed much. The shock of the discovery of concentration camps was one factor. The camps had survivors, found in place, who told their unimaginable tale. By contrast, the local executions terrorized and silenced survivors in the eastern regions. In addition, after World War II, many witnesses were left behind the Iron Curtain, and no one was interested in their memories.

On the ground, “news about killing in local fields spread much more quickly than the murky rumors” about gassing at concentration camps, Dr. Pohl said.

“Only a few survivors could testify after 1945,” he added. As a result, “there is still no comprehensive overview of the killing sites.”

Dr. Silberklang said that “in the popular mind, this subject is far less known than the Holocaust.” The executions became, he said, “in a sense, invisible.”

One man who has sought out testimony for 12 years is the Rev. Patrick Desbois, a Roman Catholic priest from France who became involved after stumbling across Rava-Ruska, the location of a World War II prison camp in Ukraine for French soldiers where his paternal grandfather was interned.

Father Desbois, the only one in his family curious enough to have gotten his grandfather to discuss his memories, now has 23 full-time employees in Paris who crisscross former Soviet territory interviewing witnesses, 90 percent of whom had never told their tale, he said.

The killing was “secret for Western countries, at a high level,” he said. “It was ultra-public in a village.”

Father Desbois has worked with the American Jewish Committee on five sites in Ukraine and Belarus to clear them, find their parameters and have them marked. One difficulty, said Deidre Berger, the head of the committee in Berlin, is that Jewish tradition prohibits exhumation.

It is painstaking work, uncovering “a tragedy of vast dimensions that has been very little researched,” Ms. Berger said at the Krakow conference. Yet, she noted, the work has huge significance, given that “more Jews were killed by shooting in Ukraine” — an estimated 1.5 million — “than murdered in Auschwitz in the crematoria.”

Defining what constitutes a killing site and how to preserve them and for whom was among the many questions the Krakow conference, convened by the 31-nation International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, was devised to address.

Ms. Berger said that “the aim is to have young people take charge of their history.”

Father Desbois and German historians noted the special role played by Jews’ determination that, if possible, the name of every person killed in the Holocaust should live on. (Yad Vashem has compiled a list of more than four million names, most of which hang in an Israeli exhibit opened last year at Auschwitz with the aim of appealing to young people who may never know a Holocaust survivor.)

Jews “made an anthropological advance by insisting on this,” Father Desbois said.

In bringing more killing sites to light, said Thomas Lutz, who is the head of the striking memorial in Berlin known as the Topography of Terror, the aim should be “to give back the names of as many people as possible.”

Whether to focus more heavily on Jewish loss or to include the 1.3 million to 1.5 million non-Jews estimated by Dr. Pohl to have been executed by the Nazis or their Axis allies is another big question.

Above all, participants at the conference said, speed is needed, before survivors die. The quest for accuracy — in Soviet times, the several sites that were memorialized were honored only in the spirit of Communist doctrine, with little or no reference to victims as Jews, or regard for the exact location of executions — is also paramount.

Often, Ms. Berger said, “what we thought were facts are not facts at all.”

“We must anticipate tomorrow,” Father Desbois added, referring to still powerful anti-Semitism and Holocaust denial, “when people will start to say, ‘No, nothing happened here.’ ”

Israel's leading daily newspaper, Yediot Ahronot, ran a feature story this week warning that the nation's capital is quietly changing from "Jerusalem of Gold" to "Jerusalem of Hamas."

It seems the Palestinian terrorist organization has been successfully establishing itself as the municipal director of the eastern half of Jerusalem in recent years.

According to an indictment brought against Hamas in the Jerusalem District Court, the terror group has succeeded in mobilizing activists in a variety of fields, including religious, education and financial services. The goal has been to "bring the local Palestinian population closer to the ideology of Hamas...and to build institutions with the aim of advancing its goals and expanding its circle of supporters."

In order to accomplish this, Hamas literally established an alternative municipality in eastern Jerusalem. With the Arab areas divided into seven sectors, Hamas officials were busy providing services and assistance to local residents as though they run the city.

Hamas has also been organizing educational and other social events as a means of disseminating its message.

Israeli officials see in all this an effort to emulate the success of Lebanon's Hezbollah, a terrorist militia that through a combination of social services and brute force managed to reach the highest levels of political power.

Peace Process

Regional media reports over the weekend indicated that Israel is set to accept US Secretary of State John Kerry's framework proposal for reaching a final status peace agreement, while the Palestinians are looking to stall or outright reject the plan.

Israel's Channel 2 News reported that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon and Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman are all prepared to sign off on a non-binding version of the proposals, which, among other things, recommends:
•The division of Jerusalem, though without going into specifics;
•A gradual Israeli withdrawal from most of the "West Bank," while retaining control over large Jewish settlement blocs;
•A limited land swap to compensate the Palestinians for the settlement blocs;
•Recognition of Israel as a "Jewish state"; and
•Compensation for so-called "Palestinian refugees," but no "right of return" to Israel-proper.

Israel's Ma'ariv newspaper last week quoted senior Palestinian Authority official Yasser Abed Rabbo as rejecting the American proposal as "Israeli ideas."

Like his boss, Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas, Rabbo has made the "right of return" for millions of Palestinians to Israel a non-negotiable point in the peace process.

On the related point of recognizing Israel as a "Jewish state," chief Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat told his audience at a conference in Munich last week that he could never agree to such a condition, as doing so amounted to "asking him to change his narrative."

Erekat went on to claim that his ancestors had lived in the region for "5,500 years before [biblical leader of Israel] Joshua Ben-Nun came and burned my hometown Jericho." Of course, such a claim means that Erekat and his Palestinian Authority colleagues are either liars, or are in possession of time-travel technology.

You see, the Palestinians claim to be Arabs. They also rightly claim that the Arabs are descendants of Abraham through his son Ishmael. And, as any casual student of history knows, Jericho was around long before the time of Abraham, meaning that the patriarch's offspring couldn't possibly have been around for the founding of the "oldest city on earth."

Meanwhile, Abbas' envoy to Iran, Jibril Rajoub, avoided such flights of fancy, and went straight to making threats. "If the talks fail, armed struggle against [Israel] could be a strategic solution for the Palestinian people," Rajoub was quoted as telling Iranian media, emphasizing that Palestinians "never abandoned the solution of an armed uprising."

My question is why have we got to submit to such a lot of b------t?

Chapter 7 in Deuteronomy I always find intriguing. God was speaking to His chosen people, through Moses, about entering the 'Promised Land', and what to do about the people already established and living in the area.
"When the Lord your God places these people in your power and you defeat them, you must put them all to death" (verse 2)
Later in Deuteronomy I find that they disobeyed God's command and let many people live alongside them. Perhaps God had already envisioned what would happen in the future if they disobeyed Him. And here we are today, with Israel constantly having to deal with troubled and angry people inventing stories and lies and laying claim that the Land is really theirs.
If only they had obeyed. Who knows.

Prior to the Romans the Arabs for the most part stayed in the Sinai Peninsula and it was the desert environment that protected them from invaders, who had made several failed attempts to cross the desert. This agreement won't be accepted, but it is giving the Antichrist some food for thought to construe the peace agreement that according to Dan 8:9 almost all of Israelis will fall for,
Dan. 8:9 Out of one of them came forth a rather small horn which grew exceedingly great toward the south, toward the east, and toward the Beautiful Land.

....numerous are the names of those, who tried to eliminate the Jewish People, either through warfare or trough political processes....or in forbidding to live as Jews, beginning: from Pharao in Egypt to the Babylonian Kingdom, Hamas in Syria over Antiochus Epiphanes, the Roman Empire with the destruction of Jerusalem to the Islam intruders and the Ottoman Empire until today with Hitler, the Communism, Arafat and his lie about a so called palestinian people! and going on to people with the same spirit, just differently clothed: Obama and Kerry!!! But none of them succeded! because God Almighty has decided to whom this country belongs to: TO HIMSELF, HAVING IT GIVEN IT ONLY TO THE JEWISH PEOPLE!!!
